DAY SEVENTEEN: Green cropped sleeve parka, River Island
With the weather as mercurial as it was today, I figured it was a good day to wear a hood. This cropped parka fits the bill for this strange weather - the shorter sleeves and the fact that it’s lightweight means you don’t get too hot when the sun comes out but the absolutely ginormous hood means that you’re shielded perfectly from any rain that may come along.
Hoods that barely cover your head are one of my greatest bugbears. I like great big massive ones that don’t just slide off with the slightest breeze or when you move your head slightly. Hence why I love this jacket all the more.
