DAY TWENTY TWO: Tie-dye maxi skirt, New Look
Another day, another heatwave and with it, another sartorial challenge. This morning it was pretty warm by the time I left the house but the mercury only kept rising all day. Not that you would know it in my office building, where temperatures hovered around the zero C mark thanks to an overzealous air-conditioning system.
Once again, in this situation, it’s hard to go wrong with a maxi skirt. I must still be in hippy mode from the weekend’s festival activities as I pulled out this rather boho tie-dye version to add a little interest to today’s outfit.
Worn with: black vest, H&M; Gold necklace, Banana Republic; Gold sandals, Topshop; Purple aviators, Ray-Ban; Yellow satchel, Asos.
